The ice cream turned out surprisingly smooth and soft. Fruit based ice cream has a tendency to be hard and icy, so that was a special treat. The ice cream had a beautiful purple color that makes it as elegant as it is tasty...although my 3 year old was excited to eat it because apparantly it looks like play-doh!
