Egg Nog Ice Cream
This ice cream is a fun spin on my favorite Christmas drink. Naturally smooth and creamy, it'll make a great new Christmas tradition!
Makes 1 1/2 quarts of ice cream.

1/2 cup servings
pasteurized egg products
imitation rum extract
If you don't have an ice cream maker, click here.
Place egg product and sugar in a bowl.
Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes – until pale yellow and thick.
Stir in milk, whipping cream, extracts, and nutmeg, blending well.
Pour the ice cream base into your ice cream maker.
Mix in ice cream maker about 25-30 minutes or according to manufacturer’s instructions.
