sugar

eggs
beaten
2
ripe bananas
2
cups
heavy whipping cream
1
tsp
vanilla extract
⅛

nutmeg
up to ¼ tsp
Instructions
If you don’t have an ice cream maker, click here.
Mix milk, sugar, and beaten eggs in a saucepan.
Over low heat, stir milk mixture until it begins to thicken.
Chill in fridge until cool.
Meanwhile, mash or puree bananas well.
When custard base is cool, stir in pureed bananas, whipping cream, vanilla, and nutmeg.
Pour into your ice cream maker.
Churn about 25-30 minutes or according to manufacturer’s instructions.
Add toppings if desired and enjoy!
