heavy whipping cream
Instructions
How to make ice cream without an ice cream maker.
In a saucepan over medium low heat, combine milk, sugar, and cake mix.
Stir constantly until mixture starts to bubble.
Remove from heat and cool completely in refrigerator (about 3 hours).
Stir in cream and vanilla.
Pour into ice cream maker.
Mix approximately 15-20 minutes or according to manufacturer’s instructions.
