Ingredients

milk

loose leaf green tea
(equivalent to 3 green tea bags)
½
cup
granulated sugar
2
cups
heavy whipping cream
1
tsp
vanilla extract
4
tsp
lemon juice
Instructions
If you don't have an ice cream maker, click here.
Stirring frequently, heat milk until it just begins to bubble.
Remove from heat.
Steep green tea in hot milk for 5 minutes.
Strain green tea from milk or remove tea bags.
Dissolve sugar in hot milk.
Cool in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Stir in cream, vanilla, and lemon juice.
Pour mixture into your ice cream maker.
Churn about 20-25 minutes or according to manufacturer’s instructions.
