whipping cream

crushed pineapple
Instructions
Make ice cream without an ice cream maker.
Mix the sugar and the coconut together with a whisk or a fork until the sugar completely dissolves.
Stir in the heavy whipping cream.
Add the crushed pineapple and combine well.
Pour the pineapple coconut mixture into your ice cream maker.
Churn about 20-25 minutes or according to manufacturer’s instructions.
