Instructions
Make ice cream without an ice cream maker.
Stir the sugar and the coconut together until sugar dissolves completely.
Stir in the heavy whipping cream, as well as the vanilla.
Pour this coconut mixture into your ice cream maker.
Churn about 20-25 minutes or according to manufacturer’s instructions.
