TCBY products include the signature soft serve frozen dairy yogurt in 60 flavors, the non-fat and dairy-free sorbet, the hand-scooped frozen yogurt, the beriyo yogurt smoothies made of frozen yogurt and fruit and fruit juices, along with several yogurt specialties such as the Shiver treats dessert line and Chiller frozen drinks, and yogurt cakes and pies. The dairy yogurt contains live active cultures, or probiotics, that have been shown to have health benefits.
