Ingredients:
2 cups fresh cherries, pits removed
Directions:
In a food processor, process cherries and sugar together until smooth. Place cherry mixture in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Leaving the cherries, in the fridge longer will enhance the flavor. Chilling for 24 hours will yield the best results. Mix chilled raspberries and milk together. Stir in whipping cream and vanilla. Pour mixture into ice cream maker. Churn about 25-30 minutes or according to manufacturer's instructions. Helpful Hint: You can also add about 3/4 cup chocolate chips to the ice cream during the last 5 minutes of mixing.
